For over 30 years, James D. Green has successfully handled complex civil litigation throughout central Illinois, including trials and appeals.

Jim, a fourth-generation lawyer, is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell and recognized by his peers as a Leading Lawyer.

Jim represents many businesses and individuals through their insurance company. His practice areas include: personal injury, premises liability, breach of contract, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, insurance coverage, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, will contests, trust litigation, municipal law and real estate.  In addition to handling jury and bench trials, Jim has prevailed on numerous dispositive motions prior to trial so that his client can avoid the time, expense and aggravation of further litigation.
